Are any of the profits donated?

Yes! I created Noodlecat Studio in part to be able to donate to charities that are important to me. Please check out the Charities We Support page to learn more.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes I do! You can order on Faire.

When will my order be shipped?

Every item is made to order, so there is a processing/fulfillment time and a shipping estimate. Most orders are typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days, so you can expect them to ship within 7 business days. However, knit sweaters and cardigans take longer to fulfill (about 1-3 weeks) and will ship as soon as they are made.

Where is the rest of my order?

Due to the made to order processing for most items in my shop, sometimes items ship separately. Sometimes items ship as they are made. Sometimes my partner vendors will ship an item and it will also ship separately from Noodlecat Studio items. I will do my best to give you accurate shipping/processing status if you need it before the items ship. Feel free to email Sylvia with any questions. sylvia@noodlecatstudio.com

Do you take commissions?

I do on occasion take specific requests. Please email me at sylvia@noodlecatstudio.com with the details of your request.

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns on a case-by-case basis and I do not accept cancellations, but please email me if you need help with your order at sylvia@noodlecatstudio.com.

Is this a fast fashion brand?!

No! It's the exact opposite. Each item is designed by me and made to order at the facility closest to your geographically, cutting down on the shipping footprint and eliminating the need for a warehouse space.
