Are any of the profits donated?

Yes! I created Noodlecat Studio in part to be able to donate to charities that are important to me. Please check out the Charities We Support page to learn more.

Do you sell wholesale?

I sell wholesale currently for the Noodlecat Plushie only, but I am working on setting up Faire in order to sell wholesale clothing. If you are a business/retailer, please sign up here and login to order wholesale. Once approved, you will have access to the wholesale discounts. Please note: the wholesale discount will be applied after you click "Check Out" in the cart page. Thank you for your interest.

When will my order be shipped?

Every item is made to order, so there is a processing/fulfillment time and a shipping estimate. Most orders are typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days, so you can expect them to ship within 7 business days. However, knit sweaters and cardigans take longer to fulfill (about 1-3 weeks) and will ship as soon as they are made.

Do you take commissions?

I do on occasion take specific requests. Please email me at sylvia@noodlecatstudio.com with the details of your request.

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns on a case-by-case basis and I do not accept cancellations, but please email me if you need help with your order at sylvia@noodlecatstudio.com.

Is this a fast fashion brand?!

No! It's the exact opposite. Each item is designed by me and made to order at the facility closest to your geographically, cutting down on the shipping footprint and eliminating the need for a warehouse space.
